Transmission sequential 6-speed Powershift

Basic Functional Description
When starting the engine, the gears are disengaged and clutch coupling the rotation of the motor. Assuming that the automatic mode is selected, the electronic system operates both clutches and sets the first gear. When you stop pressing the brake pedal, knob partially engages the clutches for the odd gears shaft, causing movement of the vehicle in first gear when the accelerator goes completely closing the odd clutch at the same time, is placing second gear pairs in all gears.






When you reach the speed needed for the gear shift, the system disengages the clutch engages the odd gears and gear pairs, wherein the second gear already selected. At the same time, the set of odd gears third gear is selected, leaving the gear ready for when the engine reaches the speed in which it is necessary to do the gearbox again.
Here again the clutch change is repeated, and third gear is engaged and the set of pairs is released for the system to place fourth gear. So you get to sixth gear with very little loss of time between changes, without the need for a torque converter as in conventional automatic transmissions.


This is the process that will speeds engaging in a process of acceleration but not the same process when decelerating. The operation is based on that while a gear is engaged, and connected by a corresponding clutch is engaged too, although disconnected, the top or bottom. The method that is used to engage the top or bottom is easy. If the engine is accelerating until the engine speed when changing to a higher gear it engages, if instead the engine is slowing down gears will engage because they understand that you want to insert a lower ratio.
